He is a Graduate in Commerce & Law and a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. Before coming into practice as partner of Lal Ghai & Associates, he was designated as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer of Sportking India Limited (a renowned listed Company).

During his job tenure, he has effective handled the assignment of listing the Company in Nation-wide stock exchange (BSE) and also merger and amalgamation of Sportking group companies. He deals in all corporate compliances of overseas clients and also liaises with Bank, Financial Institutions for Bank facilities, and other financial assistance. He effectively ensures compliances of SEBI related laws & regulations applicable to listed companies. He is looking after the incorporation and compliance management of Producer Companies associated with the firm.

He has expertise in understanding the requirement and addressing the needs of the client in the professionally acclaimed manner as beneficial to the client.
